In the first instance you may contact our office and one of our trained care assessors will arrange a convenient time to visit you in your own home to discuss your needs. A homecare support plan will be prepared to meet your needs after discussion with our assessor.
Can I have a home carer on a weekend?
Yes, we work 365 days a year providing services.
What type of visits can I have?
You can book for a one off visit or arrange for a carer to visit you on regular days or every day.
How do I pay for your service?
We will invoice 4 weekly and payments can be made by cheque preferably or by arrangement cash can be sent via a carer if a cheque is not an option for you. *Receipts will be provided for any cash and cheque payments if required.
Where are you based?
We are based in serviced offices, which are accessible for you to visit with private meeting rooms on the ground floor, wheelchair access available.
