St Margaret’s Homecare Harrogate offers the following services:

• Personal Care (including washing, bathing with/without hoists)
• Dressing and Undressing
• Making and Changing Bed
• Meal Preparation and Serving
• Night Sleepers and Waking Night
• Light Domestic
• Light Shopping
• Respite Cover (if family away)
• Laundry Within Your Own Home
• Medication Prompting and Assistance
• Assistance with Toilet Needs

Our services are flexible and length of visits vary according to needs from 15 minutes to 1 hour plus. We aim to tailor the length of call to your requirements and needs. The service is available 365 days a year and there is always an on call duty worker outside normal working hours.

We provide keysafe boxes for vulnerable clients during the time we deliver care. Naturally these boxes will be removed once care has ceased, but to provide these whilst care delivery is in place it ensures security for our clients and saves them having to arrange this for themselves.

All our staff receive mandatory training as required by the CQC including supervisions/appraisals and work observation, they all have NVQ 2 or 3 and they are all CRB/POVA checked and reference obtained.
